The high speed development of world economy and the increasingly sharpening of industrial competition make the seller's market divert to the buyer's market. As the indispensable mechanical assembly of top grade electrical engineering, mechanical equipment, instrumentation measurer, automobile and domestic electrical appliances, the quality of bearing effects the whole quality of a product. The noise property of bearing even effect the using life and the whole functionThe research of the thesis is aim at the quality knowledge management in the analysis process of bearing noise. Based on the wild exploration into the relevant papers and present achievement of KBS , with the Ontology thought , the help of the Ontology compile tool, protege, also its tab PSM, the thesis developed a analysis system of bearing noise. And give the example of application.The whole thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter one illustrators the present situation of noise research in bearing manufacturing, and how to put the research results that already exit into application in the bearing manufacture enterprise with the knowledge management method, spread them quickly aimed at the improving of the bearing quality.In chapter two, we discuss the structure of the knowledge base system, and give the functional module of it. In this chapter, also considering the ontology theory and its frame, and introduce the concept of ontology, and it's classifying, its formation, its language. Also introduce the concept and basic form of PSM. Then gives a framework of the bearing noise analysis system.In chapter three, mainly introduce the acquisition of the bearing noise analysis knowledge, how to create the knowledge ontology for the noise knowledge ,finish the knowledge ontology capturing.In chapter four, through create the relationship of the ontologies, introduce mode of the knowledge presentation and the frame of the KBS.In chapter five, introduce the development of this KBS—according to the theory introduced before, develop a original system.Finally, Chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole thesis and puts forword the future research in the field.
