| Design and control of the linear synchronous motor is one of the key technology of high speed maglev vehicle. In this paper, basic principle, control method, simulation model and realization of the numeric control system of the linear synchronous motor based on high speed DSP is focused on.Firstly, Basic theory and characteristic of the linear synchronous motor is analyzed and a mathematical model is established. Secondly, simulation model for the motor and the control system is built by Matlab/Simulink with which transient and stable simulation of the control system is carried out. Finally, the simulation result of the closed loop control system shows a good static and dynamic performance and high reliability.In the paper, Hardware circuit and software design of the direct torque control system involving DSP (TMS320LF2407A) is presented in detail. Software of the whole system is compiled by assembly language and simulation is done which indicates a correct design and a reliable function. Test is done on an arced linear synchronous motor test-bench and result shows a fast dynamic response achieved by direct torque control method and the control algorithm is also verified. |
