Concerning to the smash of coal-fine, because of the short of the specialplants that deal with nonmetal mine at home at present,the vibromills produced inour country are limited in kinds and need to be advanced farther in construction,mass, medium. At present they introduce the Germanic vibromill, and plan todevelop it themselves. In addition, our theory of superfine smash drops behindgreatly present needs, as blocks the development of the related study on facilitiesand techniques. So I make some researches and conclusions of vibromills about theabove situations.First:Putting forward the aim and meaning of researching vibromillThe paper introduces two ways of superfine grinding, the present smashfacilities, and their uses, advantages and disadvantages. I mainly makespecifications about the vibromill, including its development, its presentsituation at home and aboard,its prominent aspects and the researching deficiencyat home presently. Thus the paper will be unfolded at following contend.Second:Making simple model for vibromill and analyzing the kinetic modelIn the paper I analyze the medium's motions in vibromill and study the smashtheory and all kinds of forces of smash. Then I make a single-DOF and amulti-DOF dynamic model. Furthermore, I analyze the vibromill's parameters,the fill rate of medium, the swing, the mill's diameter, the medium's diameterand so on, the relation among them and the effect that they work on the smashrate.Third:Calculating the rate and the consumed energy of smash with reasonThe rate and the consumed energy of smash are the important indication thatevaluate the vibromill's performances, and decide directly the success of designed... |
