It is well known that the environmental pollution and traffic jam are especiallyobvious in such area as exhibition center, shapping mall, airport and bus station. Itis difficult to park which is a big problem for people daily life.In order to solve the Door-to-door traffic problem metioned above, A new typeof New Public Transportation System is developed. In Europe, this kind ofPublic Transportation System is called Cyber-car System. It is a big breakthroughin IV field.Cyber-car is small low-speed automatically self-guiding vehicle powerd byelectricity. A Cyber-car System consists of some Cyber-cars and a control centersystem.The function of the system are:automatical path-tracing according to sofeware application system.automatical parking mark recognition and parking.automatical obstacle detecting and implementing relative safety procedure.vehicle-to-passenger information dynamic interactionCyber-car System is free of pollution and noise. In addition, it is flexiblereliable and convenient which best reflect the human-oriented ideology. JLU IVgroup have developed a new model of this vehicle. Its main function are:Control over host motor by built-in computer.Control over steering system.control over braking system.Obtaining front information to realize self-guiding.Relative hardware for computer and motor system.Manual operating part remained.The Cyber-car safe system is developed based on the model of JLU IVgroup.
