| The accurate measurement of flowing steam wetness has great significance for guiding safe, economic operation and guiding design of flow passage and dehumidity device in power plant. It overviews various methods of wetness measurement existed at present. It lists out the measurement principle of resonant cavity perturbation. The sensor of resonant cavity designed in this paper has good electromagnet and aerodynamic characteristic. The measurement system and de Laval nozzle with equal expansion rate have been designed. The methods for pressure measurement and measurement accuracy have great improvement. A new model for droplet vaporization has been deduced, which can check the electrical heating passage. A numerical simulation of thermal nonequilibrium transonic two-phase flows in the nozzle designed in the paper with spontaneous condensation was performed. |
