Spare Parts Management Information System Based On Decision Support

This paper combines the reality of spare parts management in Hebei Xibaipo power plant, and has carried on overall analysis and research. According to the design philosophy of using, practicability, standardized management, combining the advanced network technology and the technology of the database and software development technology of information field, adopting advanced modern information management mode, this text accomplished the system whole integrating of MIS, the data conformity and use designing. This text has also introduced the function of decision support, and it helped the leaders at all levels to make decision greatly, and has offered advanced inquiry and decision support function for management at all levels of the spare parts too. The application result shows that the system acquires full process and full trend modern information control and management of spare parts in the power plant, and makes the whole power plant management of spare parts scientific and standardized.
