Study And Experiment Of Anti-tangential Circle Burning Of State Product 2008t/h Boiler

Based on long-standing steam temperature deviation of NO.3 boiler in Yuanbaoshan power plant, analyst its generating reason. Had experiments on different working way of pulverizer effect on steam temperature deviation in rated load, different load on deviation, flue gas temperature deviation in rated load and velocity measurement in primary air tube. According to the results, can find its changing regulation and set down retrofitted project. Finally, calibrated the retrofit boiler on steam temperature deviation, wall temperature deviation and flue gas temperature deviation. It indicated the retrofitted met requirement through experiments.
