In relation to the topic of establishing three-dimensional parameter model on the Solid Works, the paper introduced the necessity of the secondary development and its general regulation. Three-dimensional mathematical models of inside and outside the cylinder about straight gear-wheel, oblique gear-wheel, awl gear-wheel and turbine were established. At the same time, the parameter relationship between the model and the interface was established. With the help of VB and the open interface of Solid Works, an interface was developed so that a three-dimensional model will be showed as soon as the parameters of the model are entered. The method of establishing oblique gear-wheel is different from normal methods and the structure of straight gear-wheel can change easily with its size. Finally, the accuracy of the model was analyzed, which provided the theory guidance for the application of the model. The establishing model can be used as a basis in engineering analysis and is a quest of automatic creation of the standard three-dimensional parts, which has certain meanings in theory and actual project.
