Study On The Technical Standard Of The Hrb400 Hot Ribbed Bars

The experimental studies on arc welding\flash butt welding\electroslang pressure welding of reinforcing steel bar and mechanical splicing of steel bars are included in this paper. Based on the prescribe of some standard and project practice, the author confirm some disquisitive object of primary technical parameter, constituted a logical testing project. By test and analyse, the author confirm the logical technical parameter and operational method of welding of reinforcing steel bar and mechanical splicing of steel bars. Based on this, the author authorized the technical standard of steel bars of the HRB400 hot ribbed bars. Based on testing, the author analysed and estimated the mechanical performance of the HRB400, it's mechnical performance proved to be nicer. The mechanical performance of discal bars which include after and before to be aligned had been contrasted and analyzed. The rationality of the special machine align technics also had been proved. Based on project application, the author contrasted and analyzed the effect of quality and the economical benefit between the HRB400 and HRB335, the technically advantage and economical benefit of HRB400 proved to be nicer.
