| The technology of rubber dam has been widely used in the construction of low water-head flood retarding project. The practice in the respects of water conservancy, hydraulic power, water transportation, urban construction etc. has proved its strong vitality. But the application of the technology of rubber dam on large flow rate flood control rivers is still in the exploring period. No report on the overall and systematic research on extra-long rubber dam has been seen yet. In order to optimize the design of extra-long rubber dam projects, to attain the objective of reducing the cost of extra-long rubber dam projects in an all-round way, the author took the Xiaobudong Rubber Dam in Linyi City as a practical project model, combining the actual technical problems in the construction of extra-long rubber dam projects on Yihe and Shuhe rivers, analyzed the properties of river course and extra-long rubber dam projects, and by adopting the method of technical and economic comparison, made systematic probe into the five respects of the general arrangement, dam bag design, clip plate anchoring with bolts, filling and discharge systems, management of control and application for extra-long rubber dam flood retarding pivotal projects.In view of the property of extra-long rubber dam projects, the author put forward two optimized arrangement forms suitable to the general arrangement for the extra-long rubber dam projects, i.e. "combination of sluice with dam", "combination of tall dam with low dam", and from the view point of sediment in the project, analyzed the reasonability of the location of the dam; gave out optimized inner pressure ratio for series dam height, and modified the calculation formula for the perimeter in the design of dam bag by using the deformation quantity of dam bag elasticity; calculated and determined the sizes of anchoring parts for the different series dam height in accordance with being under the condition of optimized inner pressure ratio; comprehensively improved the technology of clip plate anchoring with bolt; analyzed the relation between the time for the extra-long rubber dam to fill the collapsed dam and the experience time of flood flowing together, put forward the optimized filling and discharge systems such as "big and small pumps installed separately", "one pipe with two bags", "two bags linking together", "overflow pipe and connecting pipe for common use" for filling and discharge; combining the characteristics of the flood and water resources of Yihe and Shuhe rivers and the analysis on the application, gave out the control and application plan and the measures for amortization suitable to the properties of extra-long rubber dam projects. The research result satisfied the main technical requirement for the construction of extra-long rubber dam projects, made the design for extra-long filling rubber dams more scientific and rational, and provided the key technical support for the construction of the extra-long filling rubber dam projects in the step development of Yihe and Shuhe rivers. |
