Industry Stylus Movement is a kind of electromechanical equipment, which is used for the marking and prevention to forgery of the products, combining the technology of machinery, electronics and computer in an organic whole. In recent years, it is widely used into the industry of machining manufacturing because of its large capacity, powerful function as well as its difficulty to be modeled to type. According to the synthesis of country inside and outside technique trends and the analysis about the working capability of SJ-7100 Pneumatic Industry Stylus Movement head (DTBK16021) which Shanghai ShenJian Numerical Control Enterprise produce, We bring forward the development of new-style multifunctional Industry Stylus Movement based on the propulsion of Tubular Linear Induction Motor.In the paper, operating principles of existing SJ-7100 Pneumatic Industry Stylus Movement are presented, each segment of working processes of Pneumatic Industry Stylus Movement's head are analyzed. The motion characteristic and marking depth are tested with using the PCL-812PG multifunctional data acquisition card and the QH8500 displacement sensor, its motion characteristic is analyzed by the data of utilizing test and calculation, getting some conclusions about it motion characteristic, and making use of Matlab software fit rule curve which various motion law change with gas pressure. These conclusions instruct the research and development of Industry Stylus Movement product based on linear motor, actuating device of Industry Stylus Movement head is a Tubular Linear Induction Motor which take on linear vibration functional principle, it proceed structural design for the scheme of new functional principle. Under the situation of building mathematical model of Industry Stylus Movement head motion by driving Linear Induction Motor, the relationships between various parameters of electromagnetic field and motor working processes are explained, the situations that various motion parameters influence on performance are analyzed. According to every control principle and control strategy, we put forward AC frequency conversion and timingcontrol strategy of Linear Induction Motor, design control circuitry diagram, use Matlab to computer emulation analysis, and get the accordant results with Pneumatic Industry Stylus Movement, thereby it is proved that existing mechanical and control programs are feasible, providing the theoretical and data reference for further experiment.The developments Industry Stylus Movement grounded on new principle make it apply much more conveniently and abroad extension, so can impact and change better correlative manufacturing segments of interrelated enterprises, improving greatly production benefit of enterprise.
