After the study of dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism and the finite element method, this paper build a 3D solid electromagnetic mechanism model of AC contactor with the analysis software ANSYS. Under different drive current, every discrete point of different location in the time process has been analyzed by electromagnetic static analysis. On the basis of the work above, the emulation program of electromagnetic mechanism dynamic behavior is finished. Moreover, electromagnetic field and thermal field are coupled to calculate the thermal distribution of the whole electromagnetic mechanism under AC voltage. Main studies are as follows:First, according to the finite element method, this paper completes the 3D static DSP analysis of twine E electromagnetic mechanism of CJ20-25 AC contactor. Parameters like air space, fluxlinkage, current and suction are acquired on different time and space discrete point. And a complete planar datasheet has been finished till the end.Secondly, on the basis of previous analysis results, this paper makes a emulation program of electromagnetic mechanism dynamic characteristics, combining with the magnetic circuit method.Thirdly, with the use of VC++ language, this paper programs the emulation application software. And the final calculated results are compared with the testing data.Fourthly, after the studying of coupled-field analysis technology, this paper tries to solve the magnetic-thermal analysis (induction heating) problem of the electromagnetic mechanism model of AC contactor. With all the aspects stated above, one conclusion can be reached: finite element analysis software is a rapid developing new technology. By introducing it into the calculation of electromagnetic mechanism dynamic characteristics, this paper tries to find a way to renew the traditional apparatus design method. Using its multi-physics coupled-field technology, real work environment can be emulated. Before the making of model machine, accurate performance parameters can be acquired. Therefore testing expenses may be cut, time of product development cycle may be shortened and performance index can be improved.
