| Based on the safe requirement of flood prevention for integrated planning of water resources in plain river network areas, this paper mainly studies on the proofing calculation methods for flood prevention safety.The paper analyses the problems resulted from economic development and the influence to the flood control; analyses the property of flood and water-logging, the mechanism of disaster generation. According to the property of land use and underlying surface, four kinds of surface is divided, namely, waters, paddy fields dry land and central urbanized area, and suitable method is adopted separately in each kind of surface to simulate runoff process. Then, river network hydrodynamics model is established to calculate river flood level on the basis of Saint_venant Equations which is discreted by 4-point Preissmann implicit difference scheme, and Successive Over Relaxation Method which based on the Matrix Mark Method for solving large size sparsity linear equations is used to solve the node equations,. At last, appropriate structural measure and nonstructural measure for flood prevention are provided according to river water level calculated in different plan condition.This paper takes Taicang City as an example, comprehensively considerated the requirement of water resources, water environment water sight, water carriage and flood prevention etc, provides guidance for the sustainable development of water resources to Taicang City. And the methods suggested here are applicable to other similar hydrological problems of cities. |
