This thesis introduces engineering background of application of the reinforced concrete shear wall with formed steel sway brace, along with the experiment achievement. It also expounds the important meaning about the nonlinear finite element analysis to reinforced concrete, and its future development.The strain-stress relation of the material occupies the important position in finite element analysis, which is the foundation of all calculation. This relation seems to be more important in finite element analysis of reinforced concrete, just because concrete has complex material character. In the past few years, the experts applied themselves to material function of concrete and its calculation model in order to analyze the material character of concrete. In this paper, the author introduces the reinforced concrete's strain-stress model, together with unit and its compound mode in the nonlinear finite element analysis. On the basis of this explication, he compares three kinds of existing reinforced concrete element model.MSC.MARC has excellent nonlinear solving function, which is used more extensively in finite element analysis. The author introduces the elements, strain-stress relation and other basic function provided in MSC.MARC. Use the subroutine USHRET, modify the shear retention in mentat.The author use MSC.MARC to deal with aseismatic simulation analysis about concrete shear wall with formed steel X brace, which will be used in Dalian International Trade Center. This computer analysis gained the calculation result for the nine walls with different reinforcing bars. Compare with the test data, the author find improvement of concrete shear wall with formed steel X brace relative to common concrete shear wall in aseismatic performance. The thesis also accentuates useful value of concrete shear wall with formed steel X brace.In the end, the thesis generalizes some experience in compute analysis, and put forward some suggestion in future construction program.
