In our country, distribution power system is mainly the non-effective earthingsystem.Because of the faint fault current,it's a problem for fault detection. Aiming at the faultdetection of the non-effective earthing system ,The paper brings forward a project ofdistributed device. Having analysed the fault charactors during the single-phase earth-fault in non-effectiveearthing system, expatiated the instance in ungrounded system or earthing via extinguishingcoil system .Enumerates and compares the predominances and inferior position of allarithmetic now. The paper exptiates distributed device of fault detection of non-effective earthingsystem.The emphases is system framework,hardwork composing and programfram,inclounding parts of the apparatus,channel design and selection of communicationmood.In the end,give the brief introductions of hardware and software technic involved in thepaper.
