Based on the theories of the supervisor and others', study on the application of matrix method for power plant thermodynamic system analysis is done to present a efficient tool. General matrix equation of constant flow is used to analysis typical units and optimize distribution of enthalpy of feedwater. Some details that should be pay attention to are pointed out. Combined with" freely route law", some typical auxiliary systems are analyzed and calculated with method of conversion coefficient of heat/steam rate, which made the theories systematized. The constant power matrix equation considered little water current of heater and boiler side is established based on the original equation. Using this equation, as long as unit power is known, the quantity of steam extraction and boiler feedwater can be work out once time. Hence the steam consumption of the turbine can be known, too. Thus the theory of constant power matrix equation is enriched. The example show the correctness of this equation.
