Realization Of Fishfinder's Hardware System

Fishfinder produced by sonar technology is used for detection of fish. Vector transducer is a kind of transducer which can provide both the information about pressure (scalar quantity) and particle velocity (vector quantity) of sound field. This paper mainly discusses the hardware system of the fishfinder applying the vector transducer.The dissertation has given the designing details and works about findfinder research, which includes general scheme, circuits, software of the hardware system. Firstly, eight channel underwater-signal is bandpass filtered and the phase compensation keeps the phase of each channel accordance. Secondly, the system has a good SNR and high accuracy, which is own to the application of low noise, low-power, simultaneous sampling 12-bit A/D converter. Thirdly, the system can transfer data to PC at a high speed on the series interface based on USB2.0 technology, which is satisfied with the demand for a great many data transmission. In addition, a 16-key keyboard is designed with single chip, for control of the system.
