With the electric power facilities developing, electric power diagnostic examination and repair department have needed a auxiliary analysis system to effective diagnosis status of electric power facilities, establish maintenance plan and implement high quantity stable power-up. Diagnostic examination of electric power facilities and auxiliary analysis system can effective manage huge Examination data for electric power facilities, forecast trend of status of facilities and bring up maintenance plan for electric power facilities by analysis maintenance data .At present, this kind system is designing for special customer. All of them have some same defects, such as more coupling between system and date source, inconvenient to amend web page and business logic and so on.For improving extensibility and maintainability of electric power facilities diagnostic analysis system, this thesis puts forward using XML as a standard protocol of data packaging and transporting and memorial of UI structure information, and making UI management platform finishing UI Designing, configuring and producing. UI management platform based on XML with independence and transportability, which make system developing more clear and more precise and users design UI themselves.
