There are two types of interaction between the interface of Reinforced concrete structures. One is the interface of reinforcement and concrete, the other is the interface of concrete crack. There is incompatibility displacement on the interface.Finite element method(FEM) have deficiency moding this incompatibility displacement. In the paper interface stress element method(ISEM) is introduced to solve such problem. A Reinforced concrete model of ISEM is based on theory of ISEM. With this model we can research force transfering mechanism on the interface of Reinforced concrete. In the model of ISEM ,block shape is arbitary, incompatibility displacement and crack is easily described.Bond-slip is also considered. In the paper the analysis model is composed of two different kinds of material.Concrete and reinforcing steel bar each has its own elements. There is bond-stress on the interface between concrete elements and reinforcing bar elements.Based on such mode bond-slip test and crack test was simulated.Simple supporting beam and frame structure is analysised with ISEM,and the analysis result is compared with that of FEM and experiment. Merit of ISEM and feasibility of Reinforced concrete model of ISEM is validated. The purpose of the paper is to research the force transfering mechanism of interface and to develope application of ISEM in Reinforced conctrte structures.
