The Development And Application Of PVC Pipe Specific Material

The technology develop a kind of PVC resin. This kind of PVC resin is a kind of pipe specific material with high apparent density, low VCM residual content, regular particle appearance, less fish eyes and good dry -flowability. Normal resin have the characteristics of low apparent density, irregular particle appearance , much more fish eyes and bad dry -flowablity, etc.After studying and researching from the process, formulation, dispersant, initiator , equipment and operation parameters, we design the formulation according to the polymerizer and agitator types. Then we adjust the process parameters through experiments to guarantee the smooth running of the system. The key point of which is the polymerization formulation according to the polymerizer types, while the key points of above are the dispersant and its additives.Then we test the performance of the experimental products, such as the normal specification according the GB5761-93, the molecular weight distribution, dry flowability, tensile strength, impact strength, Vicar soft point, Hakke rheometer performance test etc. We evaluate the resins performance after synthesizing all the test results , then we send the samples to the customers and collecting their opinions. Finally we think over from the cost and the quality to develop PVC pipe specific material.
