| The development on new type of transmission for special purpose in passenger car has great market potential, research on optimal matching of the transmission in passenger car is one of the key techniques to increase product functions.In this paper, on the foundation of sufficiency study with the internal and external literatures correlate with the problem, a numerical simulation model of passenger car, including engine full-load performance model, engine fuel-consumption performance and various driving operations model, was established. And on the principle of shorting the calculation time, reducing the calculation cost, being convenient in using and having good transplanting and modifying nature on the basis of assuring the certain precision, in this paper the numerical simulation program of passenger car power-transmission matching has been written. The numerical simulation program, including engine full-load performance model, engine fuel-consumption performance and various driving operations model, was written in C because of its strong plot function, good transplanting, strong data processing function. This program was likely to be used in the development on new type of transmission in passenger car with its strong functions of short calculating times and high precision.In this paper, start from the standpoint that the transmission for special use in passenger car must matching the whole vehicle, the evaluation system of the performance both of dynamics and economy of the vehicle was calculated by gene, on the foundation of analyzing the traditional evaluation system. Final the numerical simulation model of optimal matching was established. The deflection geometric progression growth method was adopted in pivotal transmission parameter distribute rules, at the same time, fuzzy description makes the limitation within bounds adapt to the special conditions, moreover, optimizing effect was trusted and satisfied by using complex shape solution.In order to facilitate the using of the simulating program, the analysis calculation system software was designed using Visual C++. This software is characterized by friendly interface, strong pertinence, simple operation, convenient usage etc. This software can analyze the quality of the passenger car, simulate the vehicle performance of dynamic, economy, and calculate the parameter of the transmissions.In the end, an optimum calculation of the transmission parameter is done successfully for the SGI54/90 transmission for special purpose in passenger car produced by SHAOGUAN HONGDA gear company limited, that used in SJ6106CEG-I luxury high speed passenger car produced by GUANGDONG SHUIJING passenger car manufacturing company limited, and the engine in use is YC6108ZQ that produced by GUANGXI YUCHAI machine company limited. |
