| This thesis analyzes the present situation problem and its reason of the technical data management of the municipal works construction, emphasizes the necessity of developing a suit of technical management system of municipal road works construction using computer –aided. Linking the rules of testing quality and the acceptance standard and the interrelated laws and regulations of the technical data management of municipal works construction in the field of municipal engineering in our country, the author analyzes the function and basic demand and main research contents.The inspection of quality is among of the crux management of municipal works construction. Therefore, the system of quality inspection is important in the technical data management of municipal works construction. The author introduces the rules of testing quality of municipal road engineering. Based on the rules of testing quality of highway engineering , the rules of main project of municipal road engineering is provided.Then, the author puts forward the function of the system and list the overall module logic relation chart and flow chart of each subsystem.At the condition of above research, on the operation platform of Windows, using the object oriented programming language——Visual Basic 6.0, database system and software engineering technique, municipal road construction technical data management system was developed. At last, combining with a project sample, the system's functions and operation methods were introduced. There are still plenty of shortcomings in the thesis. The automation management on the technical data management of municipal road works construction will benefit from the further research and perfection. |
