The simulation system for electrical power communication line analyses ADSS spanning on high voltage line by calculating the couplings of electric magnetic field and force field. It can economize resource by using existing power engineering resource. But this project will change the force field and electric magnetic field of towers, wires and ADSS. So developing a software system to design and simulate the ADSS fiber optic cable has profound meaning.This system consists of user interface, preprocess module, computation module, postprocess module and database subsystem. The user interface, preprocess and postprocess modules are developed with VC++ and OpenGL. Database management system used SQL SERVER. The computation module is developed with Visual Fortran. User interface executes the holistic control and integration. Preprocess module founds three-dimension models. Computation module computes tower's force field and electric magnetic field, analyses displacement and press of ADSS under terrible weather. Postprocess module displays the result of computation module by graph and cartoon.This paper discusses the visualization and simulation technology. Author introduces the method to found model of towers and wires. This paper also researches the method of displaying cartoon and system optimization technology.This paper researches the database technology too. It researches the theory of design database, and database interface technology.
