The saddle of bearing the weight is equipped on train between roll axletree and swiveling frame, under the train's operation long time later, some parts will be abraded easy, then will affect the train's kinetic capability, so must detect the pivotal parts term.Now machinists detect the saddle of bearing the weight with template by hand, this way is intensely and more inefficient. A sort of touched mechanical equipment was manufactured by a domestic graduate school, but the equipment is complicated and long-playing. To seek for new measure way of bear the weight of saddle's size, and replace the traditional way with handwork, this article used the technology of image calibration and measure, proposed a kind of untouched measure system, introduced the operation principle briefly, discussed the method of image process in this system, and analyzed the factors which resulted in measure error. Further more, the paper introduced how to implement the measure system's application named SaddleDetection1.0 using Visual C++6.0 on Windows operation system briefly, and introduced the system's application and the tentative design.The experiment indicated the measure result satisfies the requirement and the measure speed is fast, the measure way is valid and provided new idea for other object's measure. Lastly, the farther idea was proposed.
