| The Concrete Filled Steel Tube Column can possesses advantages over either pure steel or concrete columns, as a kind of composite structure component, the steel tube can provide effectively confine the concrete inside, at the same time the concrete inside can prevent steel tube form buckling. Concrete Filled Steel Tube Column with Steel Beam have been used widely in high buildings for its great advantages, this kind of structure can improve the efficiency of concrete. In Concrete Filled Steel Tube Column with Steel Beam system, external strengthening plate ring is mainly used, so it is important for engineers to realize this kind of joint deeply.In the past academic study in china and overseas; researchers are mainly focused on the form of perpendicular joint with column and beam. This thesis is based on real engineering of Callan Center in DongGuan City, GuangDong. The study is aimed at the form of non-perpendicular strengthening ring joint with Concrete Filled Steel Tube Column and Steel Beam through experiment. Experiment of six composite joint are completed, including three joint of Concrete Filled Steel Tube with Steel Beam, and three joint of Steel Tube with Steel Beam. The behavior of the joints under static loading is analyzed in which emphases are on the relationship between load and strain and the joint rotation capability.By analyzing and comparing the test data, characteristic curves are discussed which provides basis for the theory analysis. The study of the behavior of the joints in whole process under static load is conducted. And the influence of the concrete inside is analyzed. The experiential formula for form of non-perpendicular joints is proposed based on the test data. Finite element analysis software is used to establish model to simulate the tests, and parameters analysis is done on the base of numerical model for the influence of the concrete inside and the angle between steel tubes. Some useful suggestions are given for design, and empirical formula for the is proposed carrying capacity of this kind of joints. |
