In the face of the increasingly stringent emission regulations in many countries, we must improve combustion more to keep the status that engine is the mostly dynamics in traffic field. Fuel system is the key factor that affects combustion process of the engine.Based on the related literatures, this paper summarizes the main requests and kinds of the diesel fuel injection ,introduces the structures and the features of the pump_tube_nozzle fuel injection system which occupies the very important status in fuel injection system in detail. The aims of simulation and development of the correlative technology of the fuel injection system are described.Aimed at the functional parts' characteristics and their performance theory of this system, a mathematic model of pump_tube_nozzle fuel injection is created according to the geometry structure and the dynamic principle of the press wave spread. The simultaneous equations of the conservation of mass equations, the dynamics equations of moving parts and the press wave equations in all boundaries are solved. The press change curve in the pump cavity, valve cavity, high pressure fuel tube and the nozzle cavity and the principle of the fuel stream are gained.The simulation procedure is developed with VC++. The design method of module is exerted, it makes the procedure' expandedness easy. The interface of fuel injection course is designed by visualization technology. The operator can master the procedure run course by operating the interface, also can alter the parameters momentarily and intuitionisticly. One or all result curves can be protracted to analyse the performance. The procedure combines the complete visual effect, Objected_Oriented in deed, efficiency and performance of the C++ ideally. It makes the calculation process more intuitionistic, convenient, and made the result analysis easy.
