Application of intellectual control technology in the flow of batching of thestabilized soil mixer is dealt with. According to the control request of two key sectors ofthe whole system, fuzzy control and neural network control are respectively adopted tobe studied theoretically. Finally, the good control result in practical application has beenreached. The main research work and contributions of this dissertation are as follows: 1.A survey of the production ,development,current situation and future trend ofintellectual control technology is summarized in brief, especially for fuzzy controltechnology and neural network control technology . 2.The question for study in this dissertation is a part of subsystem of "Researchand Industrialization for intelligent stabilized-soil factory's equipment ", which is greatbidding project of Fujian Province scientific and technological institute. Here,intellectual control technology is applied to control the flow of aggregate and flow ofcement of stabilized soil mixer. 3.An introduction of the principle and design of fuzzy control is given. 4.An introduction of the principle and design of neural network control is given,especially, the application of single neuron in the self-adaptation control and the neuralnetwork control with the combination of predictive control and genetic algorithm areintroduced emphatically. 5.An introduction of structure and function of computer monitoring system forstabilized soil mixer machine. 6. In order to meet the control requirement of the flow of aggregate, fuzzy PIDcontrol strategy is adopted to carry on designing and simulation research. Andconsequently, systematic feasibility and validity is confirmed, and the actual applicationalso achieves good effect.7. In order to meet the control requirement of the flow of cement, in this paper, twoschemes are adopted to design the control system, which are neural network predictivecontrol based on gene keeping genetic algorithm and neuron predict control. Bysimulating and comparing, neuron predict is chosen to apply in practical production.And the good effect has been achieved during the practicalapplication.
