According to mold experiments and structural analysis, the present paper gives detailed illustration on the reliability of one highway. In accordance with the needs of solving problems, mold experiments carried out are as follows:(1) Testing flexural normal stress, shearing stress and shearing force stagnant effect of molds of organic glass and load's lateral distribution coefficient of beam's ribs;(2) Testing rigid torsion and distortion effect of molds of organic glass;(3) Testing cap plates' vertical and lateral efficient load working breadth of molds of organic glass;(4) Testing lateral frame's bending moment of molds of organic glass within the range of their working breadth;(5) Experiment on respondency of dynamic force of molds of organic glass. Contents of structure analysis: all the experimental items were covered in contrastive analysis by the means of line shape metaprograms.At first, the present paper begins with the similarity principle of mold designing. It expatiates the characteristics of structural molds, the choices in mold materials, similarities in the molds' dimensions, loads, rigidity and finds that all the elements meet the requirement of the similarities in mold designing. The study also takes on detailed experiments on every feature of the mold materials and gets the characteristics, which meet the needs of molds' similarities. As a result, it sets up the foundation and basis for further discussing reliabilities of the actual bridge.During the process of designing, producing and installing the mold, molds of organic glass in continuous beams are designed according to the geometric principle of similarities. Linearity's sizes in any direction are minified by 1/35. Experiments on the qualities of materials of organic glass identify its modules of elasticity, effect caused by distortion from added load-drawing on deformation curves, the poisson ratio value of u, adhesion strength test of materials and also the paper gives analysis on the results of the experiment.In the analysis on the experiments on static load of the molds, the paper offersdetailed illustrations on experimental apparatus, arrangement of measuring point, loading conditions, and experiments on static load.In the process of calculating the data, according to the features of the highway bridge, the experiment utilizes limited metaprograms for calculation and makes a division among he molds including triangular and quadrange plate units. Lateral diaphragm beams and steel girder pillar bearing are treated as entities. The whole bridge is divided into 1014 units and has 778 nodes. Thus the calculation index of every item of the mold is attained. While analyzing the experiment's result, conversion between the stress and deflection of the mold and the actual bridge is achieved. Also, the conversion between counteracting force and deflection of the bridge is achieved. The study analyzes on the characteristics of the beams' stress and deformation and gets the beams' vertical fiexture stress and deflection, their rigidity rotation stress and lateral inner force caused by the beams' distribution of load. With the assistance of the formula of the principle concerning equal beams and the peak value of the span's actual stress, the study ascertains the span's efficient working breadth. With the guidance of the actual statistics from the influence rays of the load's lateral distribution, the study identifies the coefficient of lateral road. According to the principle of one-way slab and the distribution map of stress conditions tested in the experiment, the study gets the efficient working breadth of the bridge's panel.In the experiment on the mold's dynamic load, the supporting condition of the actual bridge is imitated. Scanning is utilized and vibrator is used to give the mold different vibration and then through oscilloscope, the molds' intrinsic frequency is identified.
