The prestressed concrete stucture has been applied extensively at construction the bridge and water conservancy etc. engineering realm.How to proceed with more accurate and effective analysis to this type of construction has been a lesson of engineer and researcher. In traditional analysis,the function which is forced to the struction by reinforcing steel bar is seen as a kind of constant equivalent load ,their interaction and harmonious shape-changing is not considered , therefore the accurate and reasonable result can hardly be guaranteed.Along with the super-speed development of the calculator, the method of number analysis is increasingly perfected, the finite-element analysis method which is used to construction analysis is increasingly accepted by the engineers and quickly spread widely. The fit unit mode and the appropriate unit mesh density must be selected when using finite-element analysis method. For pre-stressed T-section concrete beam, pre-stressed reinforcing bar is usually treated as pulling-pressing pole unit,the curve of pre-stressed reinforcing bar is divided into the unit side of concrete unit,it must be very difficulty for several groups of pre-stressed reinforcing bar to form mesh, Calculating scale increases correspondingly. A kind of corresponding easy also more reasonable calculation model is tried to established to analyze pre-stressed T-section beam with several groups of curve pre-stressed reinforcing bar by using ANSYS software in this paper, this kind of method subsequently is examined with static load experiment data and the results using conventional equivalent loading method.at last,that vertical pre-stressed reinforcing bar can enhance the anti-shear ability of pre-stressed T-section beam is proved. The research results of this paper is primarily several aspects as below:1. finite-element analysis is done to the pre-stressed T-section beam with several groups of curve pre-stressed reinforcing bar by using coupling reducing-heat method,that this method is a kind of easy accurate measure is subsequently testified by comparing the results using ANSYS software with static load experiment data the results using conventional equivalent loading method.The suggestions how toconsider the stress-strain relations of concrete and reinforcing bar unstressed reinforcing bar etc. is gived in this paper.2. The results of experimental study and finite-element analysis show that the intensity and angular rigidity of pre-stressed T-section of The Huangpi Dragon In Dish Bridge is satisfied to the design standard and using request.3. Vertical pre-stressed reinforcing bar is added to the two fag ends of experimental T-section beam and finite-element analysis is done to this model,the results show that Vertical pre-stressed reinforcing bar can obviously enhance the anti-shear ability of pre-stressed T-section beam. |
