The atomization process in diesel engine affects directly the burning and exhaustion characteristics, the injection process is dynamic, besides is not only affected by the nozzle configuration and injection pressure, but also affected by the temperature, pressure, gas flow in the cylinder.The article mainly uses the professional CFD software--Fluent to simulate the spray characteristics of rating point. Summarize the experiments and theory study on the spray characteristics, give the geometry configuration and physics specialty of single droplet's spray field, introduce the two basic breakup format of fluid, analyze the turbulence characteristics in cylinder, educe the intention and signification of the article; narrate the knowledge about CFD; establish the geometry model and choose the mathematics model; ensure the most excellent physics model, put up numerical computation of the fuel spray mixture; gain the optimal simulation results; lay out thedistributing of the droplet dimension, velocity field, pressure field, density field having initial turbulence or not, and when the injection is stopped, droplet produces the erosion and accretion in the wall of combustion chamber; educe the conclusion that the initial turbulence improve the mixture of oil and gas.
