| Intelligent structures belong to bionic structure systems, which integrate basic structure, sensor, drivers and directors. It has life characters or intelligent functions, such as health self-monitoring, self-acclimatization and damnification self-repairing of the structures and could self-protect when dangers happen. The communication of information science, and material and engineering brings forth the advent of intelligent system and structures. Intelligent structures have well been applied to the field of aeronautics and astronautics, car making, shipbuilding, civil engineering and irrigation engineering. As frontier of hazard mitigation, it has been applied to health monitoring and vibration control of some important structures with bright prospect.This paper concentrates on a new method, spline finite-point method for analysis of intelligent structures. Based on intelligent constitutive relation theory, instantaneous variational principle and spline dispersing, new model and format are established.
