With the development of the modern industry, hydraulics and different kinds of hydraulics device are widely applied to the industry department and the fields including the engineering machinery, watercraft, aviation and so on. At present, hydraulics has made great progresses in the aspects of high pressure, high speed, high power, high efficiency, high reliability and mechatronics. At the same time, hydraulics is attached importance to on development of new components and the extension of new application fields and great progresses are also made in them. A hydraulic cylinder is the most prevalent actuator applied to the mechanical industry. Because the mechanical equipment is developing in the direction of the small and exquisite, the hydraulic cylinder with little volume and high reinforcement will gain a better outlook.In this paper, an applied scheme of a super high-pressure hydraulic booster is presented. The contour dimension of the booster is greatly decreased and the output-load capacity is improved. In the structural design, the booster cavity is isolated from the external low-pressure circuit and achieves the super high-pressure seal of the motion components by a special sealing member. After the structure of the hydraulic booster is defined, in order to solute the problems of the strength and stiffness verification aimed at the parameter design and optimization of the device, the FEA software ANSYS is applied to calculate and analyze the result, the stress and displacement distribution diagram is obtained, and the output results is analyzed in detail. At the same time, in order to reach the structure destination of optimization, the dimension parameter is altered and analyzed, then all kinds of analysis result is listed and contrasted.Intelligent control system is essential to an integrated electromechanical and hydraulic unit. After the above design, the hydraulic control system of this late-model hydraulic booster is designed and the modeling of the control system, especially the dynamic characteristics, is analyzed by MATLAB. The emphasis is put on the research how the leakage and the load influent the system characteristics. In this paper, the SIMULINK software package of the MATLAB dynamic simulation tool is taken on as a development tool to realize the calculationof the dynamic response of the hydraulic system. It makes great contributions to the improvement of the hydraulic booster's character and the design of it.
