The development of modern hydraulic technology is mainly embodied in the combination of hydraulic power technology, electronics technology and computer technology .It aims at improving the automation degree of hydraulic system and control accuracy. This thesis is derived from a practical project, which produces a kind of machine to repair mould with high precision. It mainly deals with the control of the Die Spotting Hydraulic Press (DSHP) synchronous system of high accuracy position,. The system uses proportional flow valve with high echo performance and servo valve.The control precision of the slider in the effective stroke of 1600mm can reach 0.03mm. The system has given out satisfactory result when used in practical engineering. 0.025mm position control precision has been achieved.The main work of the thesis is as follows;1 The feasibility of the scheme in engineering is discussed by means of analyzing the strategy of position control system;2 The mathematical model of the position control system is established and analyzed theoretically. The properties of proportional valve are mainly discussed.3 Employing the mathematical model, computer simulation is carried out The influence on system precision and the methods of decreasing the bad effects of the dead band are studied. In the course of simulation, Self-adaptive control are taken to enhance the system precision.Via studying the control law, the way to improve the system control precise is found out.4 The realization of PLC control in engineering is introduced briefly.
