In this dissertation, a software for determinating the sound power based on the scanning sound intensity method was dissected. What's more, the measurement system has been successfully used on the vehicle rear axle noise suspection and classification. In order to satisfy the demand of the sound power inspection method, the experiment plan and the electric controlling system for the platform were worked out. Here are the main research results of the research work:Firstly, the software frame of the sound intensity measuring was built under the thought of the oriented-objected method, the software is also worked out by adopting Visual C++6.0;Secondly, the cross-spectrum sound intensity algorithm was worked out, the code is also validated by the experiments and the used examples. The experiment proved the accuracy of the measuring system can reach or exceed the project level demand;Thirdly, the sound intensity code was transplanted to the vehicle rear axle noise determination experiment platform. The rear axle survey software's code frame is also settled;Fourthly, in order to carry out the rear axle's noise determination experiments, the electric controlling system has been designed and debugged to satisfy the experiment.
