Because of the construction cost and maintenance cost of an emergency escape ramp are very high, it is most important to set up an emergency ramp reasonably. The principle of setting up an emergency escape ramp which is studied in the paper is principal problem.The paper analyses of the study on the principle of setting up emergency escape ramps at home and abroad. The paper chooses the typical truck and analyses the brake temperature with constant speed under the various brake on continuous long and steep downgrade sections. Based on this, the paper confirms the rear brake temperature without the auxiliary brake is the base of setting up an emergency ramp, and establishes the model between the brake temperature of truck on continuous long and steep downgrade sections and downgrade gradient, the distance from the top of the slope and the truck operating speed on continuous long and steep downgrade sections. According to this model, the paper establishes the principle of setting up emergency escape ramp after confirming the brake heat fade temperature and considering the out-of-control accidents on the long and steep downgrade. At last, the paper analyses the accidents on the continuous long and steep downgrade section of BADALING expressway, and the principle of setting up emergency escape ramp established in the paper is confirmed. |
