The present paper is a part of project "The technology of reduction for entire automobile vibration and noise" in Automobile Technical Institute of Hefei University of Technology. First, after studying the related theory knowledge of vibration, The vibrating system model and movement differential equation for automobile body have been analysised, the vibration response of human body has been studied when people who ride the running and vibrating automobile. Then, the main assessment methods principle and steps of riding comfortableness for automobile vibration in domestic and foreign have been particular introduced, and the insufficiency or flaw of assessment methods in the practical application process has been separately studied. On the basis of studying the relative theory and assessment method of riding comfortableness for automobile vibration, The new assessment model has been established and the establishment process and step of assessment model have been introduced, too. The main work is that, the picked data of vibration acceleration has been transformed by FFT and essential filter in data signal processing technology, the weighting factor or the function to each vibration coordinate axis bearing data has been counted ,and the acceleration data under the different position and speed has been weighted through using the statistical technology and the experiences of experts. The relation of the objective acceleration data and subjective sensation value has been fitted by data fitting method, thus the comfortable value which relates subjective to objective has been acquired. Finally, the application of this method has demonstrated in practicality project.
