The improvement of fire control system is an important method to heighten the efficiency of aero-weapons system. And this paper mainly works on air-to-air tactics data link, cooperative decision-making of multi-aircrafts attacking multi-targets, and three-dimension guidance law for air-to-air missile. Part I, Referring the advanced data link technologies in foreign country, the terminal module structure of air-to-air tactics data link is brought forward. And the key technologies, such as modulate/demodulation of the signal, error control, data format, are discussed in detail, and the possible realization projects are given also. Part II, a transform method of air combat situation is educed firstly, and a simulation is performed to validate the correctness. Then the logical structure of the cooperative decision-making system and the decision-making method in air combat are discussed. Based on the former research fruit, a new arithmetic based on one-aircraft multi-target decision-making arithmetic is developed. At last, the simulation of cooperative decision-making in a 4 VS 8 air-combat is carried out. Part III, a kinematics model for 3D guidance problems is derived. Then pure proportional navigation, approaching method, and fuzzy logic algorithm are combined to develop a three-dimension fuzzy guidance law. And at last the attack process, launch envelope and miss-distance for air-to-air missile are simulated with MATLAB. In the end, the method of using OpenGL engine in Visual C++ environment, and the modeling technology of 3D objects are discussed. And a 3D animation simulation software is developed to show the process of air-to-air missile attacking target.
