The dissertation stems from the item "intelligent fuzzy control to system base on compute of tunnel kiln", which was designed by Wuhan University of Technology and the Industry Head Office of Xanadu Kiln in Province of Hubei. At the same time, we are also prepare to the indent for (South Africa) the sun international trade company of ChinaAim at the characteristic, which is very difficult to establish the precise mathematics model, like as the complex system of tunnel kiln and shuttle kiln. From Analysing and predominating the theory of PID Control and the general fuzzy Control, we bring forward an intelligent Fuzzy Control arithmetic base on fuzzy analytical formula of more sub-area in this paper. Namely, it is controlled the manipulative object by the way of dividing area. According to the theory, which was obtained from integrating the positive and negative relation of the error and its error, we can confirm the four areas, and the area, where the absolute value of error is less then a fixed infinitesimal value, we made it form the fifth sub-area (OK area). It was combined with the idea of "dauntless decision-making" and "guarded decision-making" in this method. In order to control more reasonable, we introduced an intelligent gene-- p that can intelligent adjust the proportion of the idea of "dauntless decision-making" and "guarded decision-making" in the decision. It was combined with the merit of prognosticative arithmetic that is based on the kinematics. It possessed these merit: fast response speed, low adjustive quantity, better quality of constringency and little static error, etc. These merits have been proved through Matlab. We can result the questions of more complex manipulative object through to re-sub-area base on the arithmetic five sub-area. The controller has an extent area to use. It not only can apply to the intelligent control of tunnel kiln, but also can apply to the control of shuttle kiln. It can be proved by the emulation.On the way of hardware design, we make full use of the quality of T2 register that has the ability to captive datum, so it can make rigorous synchronization when measure the frequency, and this disposal more help to promotion the precision of control. The signal of chip's selection produce by programming Gal, it has helped to improve the ability to EMI and it also can adapt to the development of modern science technology. In order to meet the require to extend the range of using this intelligent controller, to adapt the developmental technology of BUS, this intelligentcontroller has been schemed out the interface of I2C. The precision of this intelligent controller have a consanguineous relation to the precision of input signals, so it adopt the method of V/F to conversion the input signals, and its precision can arrival at the value of 12 bits of A/D conversion's. It can eliminate the molestation that add up to the inpit signals. On the other hands, it use D/A conversion to convert the output signals, and it can predigest the design of hardware circuit. At the same time, the function that accomplished by a lot of general IC can be executed by one FPGA, and it can bring lots of helps for the EMI of the whole system.The intelligent controller hold the excellent capability of control from the synthetical analysis, and it can adapt to the need of the modern times technology. It also has the value to popularize and the more extent used areas.
