It is the important research subject in temperature control and crack prevention of concrete structures that modeling rapidly and accurately in the FEM analysis and that analog simulating in the process of calculation. In this paper, combining the problems of concrete temperature field and stress field in the 3-D FEM simulation analysis of project examples, the following researches are finished:1. By fully using of the secondary developing techniques provided by ANSYS, such as UIDL, APDL etc, a concrete temperature cracking control analysis system CTCCAS is developed, by means of which main concrete structures can be modeled and meshed automatic; the process of calculation and analysis can be controlled; convenient and various post treatment functions are provided also.2. The programming method of command stream in ANSYS is studied and by means of which, the program design of special modules in emulate system that temperature field and stress field can be analyzed are finished based on the theory of thermal-structure coupling analysis.3. A mesoscopic simulating method is advanced, which considers aggregate and matrix of concrete as two kinds of different attribute materials connected by contact elements. Then the modeling of mesoscopic concrete structures in emulate system is studied and some concrete cracking control problems under temperature load are discussed from the points of view of mesoscopic.4. An arch dam's temperature and temperature stress distribution is calculated during its construction period using emulate system and the construction procedure is well simulated. In addition, the temperature cracking control of concrete wallboard structures is studied through the FEM simulation calculating and the results analyzing based on a high-rise building basement wall subject, which will provide some useful references for such kind of subjects in the future.
