This paper proposes an integrated system combined solar and traditional energy, which can supply the villa with air-conditioning, heating and hot water. Inside the system, the refrigerating/heating potential storage technology (R/HPST)[1] coupled with the water type storage is used. Then according to the working environment, the cycle flow chart and mathematical model was developed to simulate the performance of the system of summer refrigerating and winter heat pump. Furthermore, taking three typical districts, Beijing, Xi'an and Lanzhou as examples, according to their weather conditions, the energy storage performance of the refrigerating and heat pump cycle for a whole day is showed in detail, and at the same time, the energy distribution and balance relation inside the system is also discussed. Finally, we analyze the primary energy ratio and estimate the annual working economic budget of the integrated system at the end of this paper.By researching, it is found that not only the disagreement between solar radiation and demand load is adjusted, but the problem of water above 16℃ when using as absorption heat pump got solved owing to adopting R/HPST coupled with the water type storage system. And at the same time, the available temperature lift of the heating water in the storage tank gets increased, and so does the energy storage density. In addition, the integrated system can be used all year round, has a high primary energy ratio and low operating expenditure, so in spite of the high initial cost, it has considerable superiority to be spread. But because the solar energy collector is designed for supplying summer cooling capacity, a large area of collector is needed. By discussing the economic budget, we can see that the initial cost of the system is still a tough problem for us to resolve. And the entire system is composed of several devices, so an optimized designation is still needed to increase its coefficient of performance and energy utilization, that we can get more economic advantage.
