There are two kinds of methods in loading identification such as: loading identification in frequency domain and loading identification in time domain. The first one is calculated by frequency response functions in frequency domain and the last one is calculated directly in time domain. Their same character is that they all need to be calculated by the measured response and the difference is that the time domain method calculates directly with the response data, but the frequency domain method need to transform it into frequency domain.Precise integration method is used in this paper to the problem of loading identification and loading identification formulas in variant input and out put conditions are gotten. The differences between the identified results in variant excitation conditions and variant response compositions by numerical simulation method are gotten. The experimental object is a steel cantilever, on which sine excitation and random excitation are acted by one and two points. Different response compositions and different modal shape compositions are used to identify the excitation. Advantages of this method include its accuracy of loading identification, computational efficiency and better acclimatization. It is fit for the identification of non-stationary pseudo load and impact load. It is shown that the loading identification method based on precise integration method is promising in engineering applications.
