Customer Service System (CSS) is the important part of marketing and selling in powersupply utilities. To suit for power system reform and better power supply quality, according tothe Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) theory, the scheme design of the CSS BPR inpower supply utilities are presented. The outline of the relative research area is summarized,ISO9001 are introduced, BPR theory and CSS in power supply utilities are set to forth. Thebusiness process of CSS are presented and designed. The dissertation also present the relativesupporting system of CSS and information system, some suggestion for the CSS realizing arepresented at last.
