Simulation Test Platform Of Dispatch Decision Support System

With the reformation of electricity market and Enlargement of pool scale at the policy of "Separate the factory and Surf the power network at a competitive price", the demand for power network operation quality is improved." Safety first, Put prevention first". As the National pool science and technology subject "Area Pool Dispatch Decision Support System"(Have another name called "Dispatch Robot")will run irreplaceabley and full play important function in dispatcher's department and it can improve dispatch level. Finally we will realize real time adjustment and control, guarantee safe and high effective operation of pool. The paper mainly researches on power system simulation test platform for "Area Pool Dispatch Decision Support System".The main work is setting up net model of 110KV east network in lanzhou area, simulating SCADA real time data skilled in use of PSASP. Our work can provide the reliable environment for testing system, train dispatcher and students before running in real place and help student familiar with pool structure and operation way. In the end the work will insure our subject run reliably in on-line environment which is accorded with thought of the safe strategic defense of the power system. Especially I propose to simulate real time data by LabView.
