The Study On The Diagnosis System Of Combustion Conditions Of Boiler

The diagnosis system of combustion conditions of boiler has important meaning. The system can ensure the reliable, stable and economical operation of boiler. We diagnose the combustion conditions in combustion stability, economy and environment. First the cause of combustion instability is presented. We constitute the diagnosis model of combustion stability by fuzzy mathematical theory. With regard to the cause of combustion diseconomy, we carry through a change-condition check of thermal calculation on the basis of boiler efficiency model. We take exhaust gas temperature, excess air factors, carbon content in fly ash and carbon content in slag as assistant mark of economization, construct the diagnosis model of boiler combustion economization. After we constitute the model according to causes separately. The cause of combustion environmental pollution is presented in the end.
