| The long span dome structure are mostly steel truss structure. The member of steel truss are almost round steel tube, and curve chord. It's necessary to analysis in depth to the construction technology of this structure for its high technology requirements, high accuracy criterion, highly difficult production & installation, and likely to produce distortion while hoisting. The installation of long span steel truss structure is a big problem in construction because of the different of construction form, span, location, and not having canonical experience to use for reference. In this paper, the research on the manufacture technology of arch tube truss, the installation technology of instability truss, and the construction technology of 'towering vault' for spherical tube truss has been carried on, with regard to production line of Hebei Yi county cement plant which is a long span steel truss structure. It gave a research result on the manufacture technology of arch tube truss, and put forward firstly the instability hoisting technology of single truss. The long span spherical tube truss is three dimensional space structure. The integral assembling technology to long span spherical tube truss, multiple synchronous hoisting or 'towering vault' technology for large piece of truss has been firstly adopted, which solve the hoisting difficulty on the construction of long span steel structure, meet all the requirements of quality and progress. All the construction technologies discussed in this paper have been applied successfully in Hebei Yi county cement plant project. And it accumulated value experience , summarize some new technology on construction of long span steel truss structure which has important reference value for construction of the same type. |
