The Computer Monitoring System Of AQA-100 MPX Mass Spectrograph And Data Processing

Mass spectrum analysis is a method that it leaves the material to ions and apart the ions with the different mass, then measure every kinds of ions' peaks intensity.Industrial monitoring and control software is the software that is used for the data collection and process control. It is the platform on the monitoring level of the auto-control system. It can provide the good and easy way of development for the users by all kinds of configuration manner. The software models set in advance can complete all kinds of functions of the monitoring level easily.On the base of introducing computer monitoring and control system, mass spectrograph development and process, it researches the primary configuration, main characteristic and design method of the mass spectrograph on line to design a mini-type monitoring software platform. It has the common characters of configuration software and meets the theory of AQA-100 MPX mass spectrograph. It introduces the whole system's unitary designing thought and several main program modules' designing thought and working process. The system hardware has been realized by AC6111 data collection card of "JP FREE". The system software adopts blocking design method, including: the user interface module developed by Visual Basic 6.0, communication module, real-time display, real-time data and historic data output module, etc. The system uses SQL Sever to realize mass spectrograph's monitoring data analysis, saving and management. This article describes the problems of designing monitoring system and finding the solving way in detail. The problems include digital filter and real-time synchronization, etc. At last, it introduces the system testing, and the testing result satisfies the user's need.This software meets the request of the project. It has realized the monitoring of the mass spectrograph in this project. Compared with some kinds of the industrial monitoring and control software popular used, this software platform has the characters of easy using, low system request and low cost.
