SCR controlled rectification power supply has been widely used in the high power industry area. As for the diversification of loads, the system is complicated, non-linear and time-changing. The problem of common intelligent regulator and on-line fault diagnosis of the power supply is the hotspot of research in power electronics field, and the research has important theory significance and practical value.Three-phase bridge controlled rectifies filter circuit and the common loads' mathematics models are built and analyzed firstly. Considering the character of loads, the single neural cell PID controller is proposed to meet the requirements of real time control and non-error regulation of the intelligent regulator. The simulation results verify its practicability.Then the voltage waveforms of the Three-phase bridge controlled rectifier and 12-pulse waveform controlled circuit under the fault and normal condition are analyzed and researched in detail, the faults states are summarized and classified according to the voltage waveforms indifferent circumstance. A fault diagnosis method based on data structure is put forward with the logic processing and the BAM neural network classifier is designed. The experiment algorithm of the diagnosis system is induced, and the characteristic of this method is summarized.In the realizing of this system, TMS320LF2407A is used as core chip and the design scheme based on DSP is introduced including the design of hardware and software of the regulator and fault monitoring.
