Under the environment in the network , Carrying on the new product design or improving and designing to the internal-combustion engine, it must go on the basis of detailed and deep analysis . This selected works have fetched one of the important parts of the internal-combustion engine the bent axle is analysed and researched . Carrying on detailed deep analysis calculate and need to reduce some assumptions and imitate their real working environment as much as possible to bent axle, thus receives the accurate result , and makes the analytical method complicate constantly. Combining with traditional method application of the law of finite element, you can guarantee the precision of the result and make the analytical method practical.This thesis utilizes finite element mothod to turn round stress limited to computing method of segmenting . This is a kind of approximate calculation, which belongs to low research of level, and this accurate analysis needs bent axle actual condition of work limit more to calculate. Though validity of this kind of analytical method and its value are undeniable, but proves that there is a better and more desirable research approach in this respect at the same time. It can support curved square to calculate out according to continuous roof beam law, and it gets on carrying on continuous roof beam law finite element analyse to exert by way of couple, on this basis it can also consider that support the factors , such as elasticity and bent axle rigidity ,etc. While dividing the finite element net of bent axle , it feel deeply that developing the special-purpose automatic necessity of dividing the software of net of finite element of the bent axle. Utilizing advanced hardware and software tool will make research work convenient and deeply.
