Adoption of profibus-DP on the spot general line is the connection with the spot functioning equipment and automation. Digital transport of both directions, correspondence net of multi-branch structure is the system which passing the optimization .Meanwhile, MACX system's all kinds of I/O module components is improved to installation of 35mm DIN, was assemble sealed function module with profibus-DP interface to develop fully function on the spot general line. According to process of thermal power have provided with nature of rash stick﹑delaying time and non-linear, this essay still mentioned self-adopting PID control proposal which according to principle of value control and on line control unknown abstraction have achieved, and have processed the ability of control surrounding's transformation and self-learning ability. Either enhance functioning nature of system or become simply the design, and reached easily the characteristics. Meanwhile, using on the spot general line to achieved locale of handling information. MACS system, adopt the conception of "area",whole system were separated to lots of function integrating and independence relative dispersion system which can manage together and handle data. On the general, DCS every unit machines is one "area". Every "area" have three layers correspondent net. Management of process and on the spot instrument (control layer) and management of production and information have brings together through of one that creative system structure and open to public's correspondence surrounding and make one dispersion control system of information and control.
