Some properties of concrete, such as compressive strength, workability, heat of hydration were studied in this thesis. Through analysis and compare, we amended national code of Proportioning of Concrete Mixes in three aspect: the strength formula, amount of water in concrete mixture, sand percentage. We selected reasonable strength formula of common concrete, high strength concrete and concrete added mineral admixture respectively. The amount of water used in concrete was determined by means of K -program. Sand percentage was calculated by amended ACI method. Furthermore, we used the method of DMMCC to amend concrete mixture proportioning.Today, Proportioning of Concrete Mixes is determined by multi-target. Besides strength and workability, many other properties of concrete, such as heat of hydration, have become more and more important in Concrete Mixture Proportioning. Heat of hydration of concrete was discussed in this thesis. Through calculation and analysis, we got many orders of heat of hydration's change engendered by many factors , such as water cement ration, fly ash, silicon ash.. In order to realize multi-target design, we used the "Coefficient of Effect" to optimize the proportion of concrete.Computer has been used in every aspects of modern life. People's life has changed greatly because of computer. Computer aid design (CAD) has improved our work efficiency greatly. So, we programmed the software of proportioning of concrete mixes. This program is composed by two part: calculation of Concrete Mixes and data-base of proportioning and trial. All the fruit in this thesis were used in this software: the amended proportion method was used and "Coefficient of Effect" was applied. Proportioning of common concrete is the core of this software, but high strength concrete and concrete added mineral admixture is involved too. This program can be used not only to calculate proportion of concrete mixture, but also as a tool for study of concrete.
